We have a managed office where most of our staff work from. The rest of the staff have passed certain criteria to work remotely
Do I have direct communication with the staff? If so how?
Yes of course! You can choose to discuss directly with them, or you are assigned a complimentary project manager who follows a strict process of communication
Communication is done via our Portal, Slack, Zoom, Skype, Email
Do I pay for sick leave, holiday pay, Superannuation, employee tax?
No, you pay one flat monthly fee only
What if my assigned member doesn’t show up and we have a deadline due?
This can happen to anyone, however we do our best to arrange a replacement for you
